Indie Phone among ‘the 50 most exciting lean hardware startups in Europe’

Tech.eu has compiled a list of The 50 most exciting lean hardware startups in Europe and Indie Phone is one of them.
In the article, Robin Wauters, previously of The Next Web, defines lean hardware as the ‘hardware (+ software) space’ and states that it is ‘one of the more interesting trends we’re keeping track of here’.
Indie is designing hardware, software, and core services for Indie Phone as it is the combination of these three things that, according to founder/lead designer Aral Balkan, makes up the user experience. ‘It is the only way to compete on user experience in the consumer space with the likes of Apple’s iPhone and Google’s Nexus’ says Balkan.
